The 25 member nations of the European Union (EU) set July 1, 2006 as a target date for compliance with the RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) Directive. The intent of this Directive is to eliminate the following hazardous substances from electric/electronic equipment components.
Please be aware that the RoHS Directive is applicable solely to electrical and electronic equipment sold to the 25 member nations of the European Union (EU). The following Plast-O-Matic products do not fall into this classification and are totally exempt from the directive:

DGV, F, FC, GGM, GGME, GGMU, GGS, GGTS, GGSE, GL, GX/GY, GYW, HSA, IDA, LMBV, MBV/L/M/SC/SE, MFR, MPC, PDS, PCWR/S, PR/PRA/PRAM, PRD/PRDM, PRE/PRH, PRHM, PRH/U, PRM, PRD, PRU, PTSS, RVD, RVDM, RVDT/M, RVT, TABRA, TABRS, TABVA, TABVS, TMBV, TUCA, TRVDT, UPR, VB/VBM, VBS, VPA, ZC.
All of our suppliers of electrical components are at present manufacturing RoHS compliant product. However, their residual inventories of non-RoHS conforming components continue to be purged through FIFO inventory practices. As a consequence, our EBV- and SWT product lines and supplies of W11/W20 coils continue to be impacted. Please contact the factory if compliance issues arise.
Additionally, all Plast-O-Matic Valves, Inc. internal manufacturing procedures are RoHS compliant.
