Manual and Actuated True Blue Ball Valves

manual and actuated True Blue Ball Valves are the pinnacle of performance in a plastic ball valve

Series MBV -- True Blue Ball Valves -- Manual version of Plast-O-Matic's popular ball valve line; constructed with integral mounting lugs for easy addition of an actuator when needed. Features also include energized PTFE seats, Trunnion design, reinforced shaft and PTFE thrust washer. 2-way and 3-way designs. Socket, threaded, flanged ends, NPT, BSP or Metric; customizing available.

New ItemSeries MBV -- 3" and 4" sizes -- New, larger sizes of the classic Plast-O-Matic ball valve. Design varies slightly from ½"-2" models.

New ItemSeries ZC -- "Characterized" Control Ball Valves -- Specially angled or custom-made ball openings provide precise flow control. For use as manual control valves, or with 4-20mA control using our Series EBVA actuator.

New ItemSeries MBVL -- Lockout/Tagout -- ½"- 4" models meet OSHA requirements.

New ItemSeries MBVM -- Metering Manual Valves -- ½"- 2" models; visual display of opening from 0-90 degrees.

Series LMBV -- Lateral Reducing Ball Valves -- Simplifies lateral connections, improves piping safety and replaces zero dead-leg valves.

Series EBVA -- Actuated Ball Valves -- Electrically powered actuators for 2-way and 3-way ball valves, all sizes. Features Standard Manual Override.

Series ABV -- Actuated Ball Valves -- Pneumatically or hydraulically powered actuators for 2-way and 3-way ball valves, sizes 1/2", 3/4", and 1". Air x air and "fail safe" air x spring models available; converts easily between types. Manual override standard.

Series ABR -- Actuated Ball Valves -- Pneumatically or hydraulically powered actuators for 2-way and 3-way ball valves, sizes 1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2". Air x Air and "fail safe" Air x Spring models available. Manual override standard on air x air, optional on air x spring version. Air x spring converts easily between fail safe "open" and fail safe "closed". For 3" and 4" sizes, click here.

Series TMBV -- Manual 3-Way Ball Valves -- Specifications for 3-way ball valves, all sizes. This valve is also used for actuated 3-way valves, so you will find helpful information here for most 3-way ball valves. Please click here for Series TMBV -- 3" and 4" sizes

Series TABV & TABR -- Actuated 3-Way Ball Valves -- Explanatory page for pneumatically or hydraulically actuated 3-way ball valves, all sizes. For actuator specifications, use the above links for the appropriate size. limit stops enable you to infinitely limit the open position of the ball valve actuator from virtually zero to full open simply by turning a set screw

Series LS -- Limit Stops for Actuated Ball Valves -- Explanatory page for limit stops. These enable you to infinitely limit the open position of the ball valve actuator from virtually zero to full open simply by turning a set screw.

Series SW -- Limit Switches for Actuated Ball Valves -- Explanatory page for limit switches. These signal the open or closed position of an actuated ball valve to computer controls, or to actuate other equipment. Can be used in combination with Series LS (above) to make it adjustable by throttling.

Series SW 3.0 -- Limit Switches for 3" & 4" Actuated Ball Valves -- Includes wiring diagram.

Vented Ball Valves -- for sodium hypochlorite (bleach).
